By creating an account or using India Wants, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Account & verification
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and complete verification honestly. One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You will not post content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or that incites violence. You will not use bots, multiple accounts, or any means to manipulate votes or rankings.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of demands, comments and other content you submit. You grant India Wants a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and aggregate it for the purposes of operating the platform.
6. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Material moderation actions can be appealed.
7. Organisations
Verified organisations and representatives are responsible for the accuracy of their responses, profile and public statements.
8. Disclaimers
India Wants is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties that demand rankings will result in any specific policy outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, India Wants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
